New supplier for elevator service

From May 16, 2025, Stockholm Hiss & Elteknik AB is our new elevator supplier.

In the event of any faults with the elevators, we prefer that you as a member report fault on the association's website instead of calling the elevator supplier directly.

So that the condo can coordinate the repairs and reduce our costs.

There are examples where members have called the elevator supplier directly for repairs that could have been handled as planned and coordinated repairs – because they were not urgent – ​​but instead we have been billed a lot.
