Unfortunately we have to remind everyone that our public areas in basements and staircases must not be used as storage for rubbish and old furniture, not even temporarily.
These spaces are statutory escape routes and must always be kept easily accessible and free of loose objects and combustible material. Therefore for example furniture, bicycles, prams, newsprint and cardboard should not be stored even temporarily in our public areas.
It also looks very messy and dreary. Let's continue to respect each other and maintain a pleasant and safe residential environment!
